What Clients Say

"Peter has been nothing short of an incredible partner and guide in my journey toward deeper self-reflection and understanding. As a seasoned therapist, he has shown remarkable adaptability to my needs, responsiveness during challenging moments, and unwavering support when I have felt stuck. In each of our interactions—and without needing to say so directly—Peter has conveyed a profound care for all parts of me, past and present. Through our work together, he has helped me develop stronger boundaries and begin to reconcile long-held feelings—feelings that, while meaningful, no longer serve the life I am building."

— C.W

"I've been seeing Peter for a few years and through our work together, I've experienced positive changes in my mental health, relationships, and work life. As a first gen American, I especially value Peter's cultural competence in helping me navigate the layered complexities of setting boundaries with an immigrant family. I've referred several friends to Peter and we all agree that he's been instrumental in helping us gain clarity, peace, and healing!"

— Y.R

"Peter has been seeing our son since he was struggling in middle school. He has helped him through those often challenging times, and continues to do so now that our son is a young man at 21. Peter has been a steady and positive resource for navigating the difficulties of our young person’s life, and we feel very lucky to have found him. Thank you Peter!"

— D.F

"I’ve worked with Peter for a decade, and he has been a steady, trusted partner in navigating the complexities of anxiety and depression. His deep listening, remarkable memory, and thoughtful presence have helped me build reflective practices to recognize and interrupt old patterns while supporting meaningful growth. Whether I’m facing personal or professional challenges, Peter is a responsive thought partner who truly understands and helps me think, and feel, things through with clarity and care."

— J.T

"I have been working with Peter for quite a few years and I truly believe that he has helped me become a better person. I’ve dealt with a lot of challenges and what Peter has taught me has led to many moments of clarity, thoughtfulness and ultimately courage. The courage to face the truths that are hard to push through. But that with that courage, heart and self awareness you can do those hard things and know that you’ll be able to come out the other side of it, ok. Peter has helped me see that trauma is something to acknowledge and give yourself grace for going through it and still being here to make things better."
